The manufacturing process of condom production

The condom manufacturing machine, also known as the latex condom production line, includes several specialized pieces of equipment.

1. Latex Compounding System:The process of blending the raw materials used in the production of condoms. Add various raw materials to natural latex to increase its elasticity and prevent its aging. Then, the reaction needs to be carried out in a temperature controlled container to ultimately form a condom raw material liquid.

2. Dipping Line:Insert the glass condom mold into a qualified raw material solution and repeat three times. A thin and uniform rubber film is formed on the surface of the mold, and the edges are slightly rolled up to form the shape of a condom.

3.Drying and Curing Systems:Concentrate the peeled rubber film sleeve for dehydration, add the slurry solution, and put it into the sulfur adding device to start the sulfur adding reaction. This process is mainly aimed at making the produced condoms soft, sturdy, and elastic.

4.Testing and Quality Control Equipment:During the production process and before leaving the factory, all condoms in each batch need to undergo electronic inspection, and random sampling is carried out for leak testing and air burst testing.
